Celebrating World Religion DayDate Posted: 18/01/2019 | Posted In: A Level, College News, Student News
A Level Religious Studies’ students celebrated World Religion Day by raising awareness of different faiths and cultures. World Religion Day this year is held on Sunday 20th January and is a day where everyone is encouraged to talk and listen to people from faiths different to their own. The day was first initiated in America and is now celebrated internationally.
Students researched information about various faiths and created a display to share in College with staff and students. The event enabled everyone to take time to reflect about different beliefs held within College and around the world.
Thank you to our 1st Year A Level Religious Studies students for your hard work and lovely cakes! Find out more about A Level Religious Studies.
