The Sixth Form community marked the 103rd anniversary of the end of the First World War with a period of silence at 11am on Armistice Day. All students, teachers and corporate support staff paused to pay their respects to the Armed Forces community past and present.

Principal, Stuart Merrills, said “ It’s important that as we go about our daily lives, we take the time to remember all those in the Armed Forces and Emergency Services who have fallen in conflict serving their country. They gave their lives so that we can live ours. We also honour, respect and support the commitment of those who continue to serve.”
