Courses in the Social Science Department remain consistently popular areas of study and as well as offering A Level courses, the department also offers highly successful vocational pathways in both a Single Vocational A Level and a Triple Vocational A Level.  Applications remain increasingly buoyant in this popular area of study which delivers outstanding results annually and in addition to delivering the A Level curriculum, the successful candidate may contribute to this thriving area of study.

We are looking for a teaching professional who is able to engage students with a range of diverse and well-planned lessons and who will kindle their curiosity for the wider world and opportunities available through studying Criminology. We also aim to provide courses of study that deliver excitement and enjoyment through wider enrichment of the curriculum.

With a collective focus on ensuring that every student achieves their personal best, the Sixth Form provides a culture and ethos that promotes initiative, curiosity, creativity, confidence and independence in all our learners, we believe that Sixth Form is about more than just achieving academic success.
