Many documents and reports are already available on our website, including policies, annual reports and other corporate information. Please check our website and Publication Scheme before submitting a request.
Requests must be made in writing and should include:

A contact email or postal address.
A clear description of the information you are requesting.
You do not need to mention the Freedom of Information Act to make a request.

Respond within 20 working days as required by the Freedom of Information Act.
In some circumstances, the College may be unable to provide information where an exemption under the Act applies, for example where disclosure would breach data protection legislation or reveal commercially sensitive information.
Requests for environmental information are handled under the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 and can be submitted using the same contact details above.
You may request an internal review if you are dissatisfied with how your request has been handled.
Requests for internal review should be submitted within 40 working days of receiving our response.
If you remain dissatisfied following the internal review, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO):
