Apprenticeship Academy

The B6 Careers Team run an Apprenticeship Academy which supports second year students who wish to secure higher and degree level apprenticeships after sixth form. This programme helps students to understand the competitive recruitment process and learn how to write strong applications and master interviews, with the goal of securing a highly competitive apprenticeship.

The Academy offers a package of workshops and masterclasses delivered by employers, apprenticeship providers, and members of our B6 Alumni. These sessions are complimented with bespoke 1-1 guidance delivered by our Careers Team. Students in the Academy will receive monthly sessions, including:

• Employability & networking 

• Applications masterclass

• Interview workshop

• Mock Assessment Centre

• Q&A session with B6 Alumni members

Students who have been part of the Apprenticeship Academy have secured apprenticeships at a range of companies including:
