Bursary Process For Entry 2019/20
If your parents’/guardians’ household income is less than £35,000 per year, you will be entitled to a Bursary to help with College costs. The minimum payment for 2019 will be £10.00 per week. Relevant evidence will be required as this is means tested.
If your parents’/guardians’ are in receipt of an income-based benefit, you may be entitled to free meals/snacks or drinks up to the value of £3.00 per day.
Due to the introduction of the Greater Manchester ‘Our Pass’ scheme, the College is not offering a Travel Grant option for the 2019/20 academic year.
Our Pass’ (https://ourpass.co.uk/) provides free bus travel within Greater Manchester for all 16-18 year old. However, if you use other types of Public Transport to normally attend College or live outside of Greater Manchester, funds may be available to assist you with this.
