I have been on a couple of trips with maths such as maths inspiration. I also attended Lancaster University on a stem visit trip.

My favourite subject would be maths because I really enjoy the questions and the format of the lessons is fun. To a new student, I'd say that the maths department are very welcoming and willing to help out with any problems and if you already enjoy maths at GCSE it'll continue to get more interesting at A-level. It felt great to receive my results. I'm very proud and glad that my hard work has paid off.
