Key Details:
Hours: You will work on a 3-week rolling shift rota covering core college hours as follows:
• Shift 1: Mon–Thu 7:00am–4:30pm, Fri 7:00am–4:00pm
• Shift 2: Mon–Thu 8:00am–4:30pm, Fri 8:00am–4:00pm
• Shift 3: Mon–Thu 8:15am–6:00pm, Fri 8:15am–4:30pm
You will also be paid for additional hours required to support college events throughout the academic year. The role is annualised at 1,716 paid hours per year.

Your Role:
Be a visible and proactive presence, ensuring a safe and respectful college environment.
Engage with students, staff, and visitors to maintain a positive atmosphere.
Support students in following the college’s professional behaviour policies and expectations.
Handle incidents calmly and professionally, using conflict resolution skills where needed.
Monitor study areas, corridors, and social spaces, ensuring a safe and welcoming atmosphere.
Assist in organising and supporting college events, including some evenings and weekends.
Offer a first aid response role across the college
